“I seriously considered killing myself today. My brain was
cloudy and I was upset and I considered it. And then I counted until I fell
asleep. I also had a long chat with the rentals. It might help but I’m still
sad. I cried a lot today.”
Whenever I've been in a really difficult time where my brain is too muddled then I alternate between praying and counting. These have always soothed me when I've been in times when my mind is in shambles. It is done in a bit of a repetitive, compulsive way. But it helps.
